The fraudsters behind Gisol have started 2 new businesses - Dserver.com and Bizways.com.

If anyone reading this post has found it by searching for either company and are thinking of signing up for their services, DON’T! Please read the other posts on this site to find out what they have done to hundreds of victims around the world.

Dserver.com Global Hosting Solutions

Dserver.com is almost a carbon copy of Gisol.com. I must admit the design is a little better, but Gisol’s website has been the same for a decade now, and they actually paid for someone to do it this time around.

Anyway, the most important thing about this is that Global Hosting Solutions (dserver.com) is run by the same crooks as Global Internet Solutions (gisol.com). They cannot be trusted, and if you look through their policy/contract, there are very similar terms and conditions that could be used in the same way to rip people off as they have been doing for years. Oooh look! “Free domain name” and special offers! That must be a good deal.

Bizways.com

It looks as though Gisol are branching out, so as to sucker more victims in to their webhosting and domain name scams. Bizways.com is a “superior web design service”. Part of the “service” Bizways offers is “free hosting” and “free domain”. We all know what they will entail don’t we? Yes, that’s right, they will own your domain, and in effect, your business.

Go read the terms and conditions on both sites. They do make for interesting reading, if you know what to look for. Most of us victims have become accustomed to reading contracts after our experiences with Gisol, and this should make our lives on the web a little safer from now on.

Here are a few snippets of the terms from both sites:

…DSERVER.COM shall not refund to Customer any fees paid…

…DSERVER.COM may charge Customer a late fee…

…Customer will be charged a US $250.00 Breach-Of-Contract fee per domain package and per hosting account … Client also forfeits any prepaid service fees and at no time shall customer receive a refund of any prepaid service fees…

…Any account affiliated with a Chargeback Dispute may be suspended without any prior notice…

…Any promotional domain lease options will be billed at US $49 per domain…

…these Terms of Service may be modified from time to time by DSERVER.COM in its sole discretion, which modifications will be effective upon posting to DSERVER.COM’s web site…

…Any Domain name registered by DSERVER.COM on behalf of the Customer remains the intellectual property of DSERVER.COM. All domain names registered by DSERVER.COM are leased to the Customer at all times with no exceptions. Customer may not transfer any domain names registered by DSERVER.COM to any competitive registrar, by paying $49 in advance…!

…Customer may elect to purchase a DNS Management Package, which provides a DNS pointing service to an alternate hosting provider. The DNS Management Package will allow the Customer to point their Domain name(s) to an alternate hosting provider. The DNS Management Package is priced at $2.95 per month and may only be purchased for a prepaid term of one year. A one-time $10.00 DNS Redirection fee shall be charged for each domain name in the DNS Management Package…

…Customer is allowed 1 minor revision at the completion of the web design. After a revision has been incorporated, customer design work is completed. If customer asks an additional revision, an estimate must be obtained for additional revisions. Customer must prepay full estimated amount…

…There may be an administrative charge to reinstate accounts that have been suspended or terminated…

…BIZWAYS INC may pre-charge Customer’s fees for the Services to its credit card supplied by Customer during registration…

…Customer will be charged a US $250.00 Breach-Of-Contract. Client also forfeits any prepaid service fees and at no time shall customer receive a refund or credit of service…

As you can see, there are more than enough ways for them to rip you off. Oh, and if you’re wondering why there are no links to either site, I would rather not improve their Search Engine Rankings. I have never linked to Gisol.com either.
